FP&A Analyst - Intern (On-site)

* Opportunity to transition into a full-time position is based on performance and business needs.* What You'll Do:
- Build robust financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and business planning
- Analyze large-scale financial and operational datasets to identify key drivers and trends
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations
- Develop dynamic Excel-based tools and dashboards (PivotTables, Power Query, dynamic budgeting templates, and advanced formulas)
- Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance reporting cycles
- Present findings and recommendations to Finance leadership, including the CFO and CEO
- Direct exposure to senior finance leadership and real business decision-making
- High-impact project ownership with measurable outcomes
- Opportunity to present to executive leadership at the conclusion of the internship
- A strong pipeline opportunity for future full-time FP&A or finance roles
- Direct mentorship with our CFO
Requirements What We're Looking For:
- AI Assistop academic performer pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a quantitative discipline
- Proven ability to efficiently work with large datasets (100k+ rows) and maintain data integrity
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas)
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach
- High intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset
- Clear and professional communication skills
