As a Digital Marketing Intern at mlee, you'll assist the marketing/creative team in creating engaging content for our websites, social media, sales efforts and marketing campaigns. From editing videos to crafting compelling touchpoint emails, your work will directly impact our brand presence and success.

Located at 1901 N Lamar Blvd in Cibolo, TX, this role features a flexible schedule tailored to your availability, offering part-time hours between 4 and 20 hours per week. We are seeking to fill this position immediately for the spring semester, with the possibility of extending into the summer, or a permanent position.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and post social media content aligned with brand guidelines to boost online engagement.
• Edit videos for marketing campaigns and website content using Adobe and AI software.
• Create impactful sales enablement materials to support the sales team.
• Assist with touchpoint emails and calls to help achieve business goals.
• Partner with the marketing team on a variety of projects and initiatives.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support media and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about media, marketing, and creative projects.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or a Webhost is a plus.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a willingness to accept feedback and guidance.
• Motivated to work hard and eager to acquire new skills.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred but not required).
