Help plan, organize and oversee the activities of the division and formulate program goals, policies, procedures and work plans dealing with the development of operation of command-wide Marketing Strategy, Plans and Analysis functions and activities. Collaborate and plan with other managers and appropriate personnel to negotiate, decide on, coordinate and/or integrate organization operation and interests of other organization as a whole. Select or recommend selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details and reassignment in consideration of skills, qualifications and mission requirements. Monitor the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) marketing programs and develops comprehensive national strategic plans and performance analysis frameworks while developing and communicating analytics for National, Regional and Local strategic initiatives. Support the establishment and maintenance of effective working relationships with other coordinating organizations.
