Our Windows Administrator II is responsible for the administration and maintenance of various IT Operations environments and working with end users to maintain accounts and troubleshooting issues for both local (AZ) and remote sites across the company (including our Chandler and Tempe AZ offices). Youll thrive in this position if you enjoy learning, adapting, and improving processes within a fast-paced environment where you can make a difference and deliver high quality solutions./ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliAdminister, maintain, tune, and troubleshoot development and production operations of Windows environments/liliWork autonomously to support users in setting up accounts and troubleshooting issues as they arise/liliAssist in the development of systems monitoring and automation, utilizing tools and multiple scripting for Windows systems/liliCreate and deploy virtual machines with vSphere/liliRack and cable new servers/liliPlay a role in the development and maintenance of IT Documents (diagrams, procedures, etc.)/li/ulh3What Youll Need to Succeed:/h3ulliBachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related program of study, OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree/lili2+ years hands-on experience administering and maintaining VMware, Windows and/or Linux/liliStrong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information and ideas to others/liliHave confidence and be able to easily build meaningful relationships with your manager and members of your team/liliMust be able to prioritize your tasks, be self-aware enough to identify and correct mistakes, and not be afraid to ask for help when needed/liliBe active in seeking out ways to improve yourself and gain new knowledge, and be enthusiastic in sharing knowledge with others/li/ulh3Things That Would Be Great If You Brought to the Table:/h3ulliRelevant technical certifications (i.e., CompTIA, RHCSA, MSCE, F5 etc.)/liliPrevious experience in a datacenter/telecommunications environment/liliExperience in Windows, and VMware virtualized environments/liliExperience in patching using various patching software/li/ulh3Well Also Need You To:/h3ulliBe on call as needed to support business operations/liliBe able to work a hybrid schedule that includes at least 60% of your time (3 days per week) in office/liliBe able to travel up to 10%/liliBe able to lift 30 lbs/liliBe a US citizen/li/ulh3Work Environment:/h3pThis position primarily works in an office setting and is largely sedentary with the majority of the position working with a computer.
