Director of Human Resources Location: Rockville, Maryland, United States Company Name: Shady Grove Center For Nursing & Rehabilitation We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at Shady Grove Center For Nursing & Rehabilitation, a premier healthcare provider in Rockville, Maryland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective human resources strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational success. About the Role: As the Director of Human Resources , you will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development.
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including labor laws and regulations.
• Conducting employee relations investigations and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Developing and managing the HR budget and ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and business outcomes.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and strategic HR decision-making. Requirements:
