Regional Manager Job Location(s): San Diego, California and Inland Empire, California. Overview New properties are arriving on board! SRG Residential is looking for experienced property management professionals to support our expanding multi‑family portfolio in the San Diego and Inland Empire areas. Responsibilities These positions will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations, and financial performance of our assigned multi‑family portfolio. The Regional Manager will also act as the company representative for all investor, owner, or owner‑representative reporting, meetings, discussions, and relationships. Qualifications Real estate license obtained within six months of starting the role. Experience in multi‑family property management. Preferred 2–4 years experience as a Regional Manager. Proven leadership skills. Experience managing third‑party client relationships. Strong financial background. Ability to travel as needed. Lease‑up experience preferred but not required. Certification or designation from an accredited organization preferred (e.g., ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM). Compensation & Benefits Salary: $135,000–$165,000 per year, plus performance based bonuses. Benefits include 401(k) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, rental discounts based on location, medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as vacation and sick time accrual in accordance with state law for employees working 30–40 hours per week.
