Biotech Manufacturing Associate

Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day Operations

• Follow approved standard operating procedures, batch records, and work instructions flawlessly within a strict GMP-regulated environment.
• Perform meticulous cleanroom activities with intense attention to detail, supporting aseptic processing, formulation, filtration, mixing, filling, and dispensing.
• Utilize specialized manufacturing systems and enterprise software platforms including SAP, Veeva, DeltaV, Syncade, LIMS, and CMMS.
• Build a practical understanding of the equipment, process flow, and digital systems that support manufacturing so you can recognize issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 0-1 years of relevant industry experience
• An interest or background in biopharma, life sciences, or digital-forward manufacturing environments
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to speak up early, ask clarifying questions, and appropriately escalate operational issues.

Compensation & Impact

• Starting pay rate of $32.00 - $34.00 / hour
• Day Shift; 6am-6pm
