Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic catering plan to achieve revenue goals Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers Lead a team of catering professionals, providing guidance and support Collaborate with clients to create customized menus and event packages Ensure seamless execution of events, from planning to on-site management Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth Conduct sales and marketing activities to promote catering services Maintain a high standard of quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus Proven experience in catering or event management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort Strong leadership and management skills Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities Ability to build and maintain client relationships Strategic mindset and business acumen Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed Benefits Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
