Commission-Based | Uncapped Income
We’re building a high-performance field marketing team at True Roofs LLC — one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in the region. If you’re competitive, outgoing, and want a role where your effort directly determines your income, this is the opportunity.
What You’ll Earn
- $60,000–$200,000+ (performance-based)
- Uncapped commissions
- Paid twice monthly
- 6-week Performance Guarantee ($400/week) during ramp
Top performers earn six figures. No ceiling.
What You’ll Do
This is an active, field-based role where you’ll be:
- Engaging homeowners in local neighborhoods
- Starting conversations and building rapport
- Educating them on free roof inspections
- Setting appointments for our sales team
- Tracking your activity and results
You’re not climbing roofs or selling on the spot — you’re generating interest and opening the door for our closers.
