Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Adecco is currently hiring for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time opportunity supporting the Sales and Marketing teams in a professional office environment. Pay: $25.00–$26.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing teams Maintain CRM data and customer records Coordinate travel, meetings, and special events Prepare presentations, reports, and customer materials Assist with trade shows, marketing projects, and sales activities Requirements: Associate's degree (Marketing preferred) Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
