Description Reports To: Distributed Phones Manager Department: Organizing Work Location: In-Office (DC Headquarters) Job Type: Full-Time, Salary Exempt Supervisory Responsibilities: No The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns – both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members – with a variety of services including field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance, digital strategy, research support and management consulting. The DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the country. We look for talented and hard-working professionals who are committed to electing Democrats and winning the House majority. Due to the cyclic nature of our organization, all positions are subject to separation at the end of the election cycle. Position Summary The DCCC is hiring a Distributed Phones Coordinator for the 2026 election cycle. This person will implement, and coordinate the DCCC’s national distributed phones program, working closely with the National Distributed Director, Distributed Phones Manager, and other members of the Organizing Leadership Team. Ideal candidates for this position will be adaptive and creative organizers who are excited about doing something that hasn’t been done before. This position is part of a collective bargaining unit.
