Consejero Comercial Senior - Contratos Ubicación: Remoto – Preferiblemente Costa Este. Responsabilidades Cate con y gestionando cualquier entidad externa como asesores externos, personal de adquisiciones externas o auditores. Asumir responsabilidades y pensar de manera crítica sobre las asignaciones, identificar, asignar y priorizar cargas de trabajo. Gestionar múltiples prioridades y tareas simultáneamente y cumplir con plazos ajustados. Requisitos Al menos 8 años en un bufete de abogados o en un departamento corporativo. Experiencia significativa en la redacción, revisión y negociación de contratos de tecnología y servicios profesionales desde el inicio hasta la ejecución. Título de Juris Doctor (JD) de una facultad de derecho acreditada. Membresía activa en la barra de abogados de EE. UU. en cualquier estado. Excelentes habilidades informáticas (suite de MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional). Experiencia cara a cara con el cliente y habilidades de negociación. Orientación hacia la consecución de resultados y objetivos.
