No buscamos vendedores de telemarketing. Buscamos asesores que entiendan que cada lead es una persona buscando cambiar su futuro.

Cul ser tu reto?

Tu labor ser contactar a personas en Mxico y Latinoamrica que han solicitado informacin sobre nuestros programas acadmicos. No realizas ventas en fro; tu misin es escuchar sus necesidades, asesorarlos sobre el programa ideal para ellos y cerrar su inscripcin.

Qu buscamos en ti?

ADN Comercial: Experiencia demostrable en ventas call center (preferiblemente en educacin, seguros, o servicios intangibles).
Sinceridad y Valores: Buscamos personas cuyos intereses y motivadores se alineen con nuestra cultura organizacional.
Mentalidad de Servicio: Entiendes que la venta es, en realidad, un proceso de acompaamiento.
Orientacin Regional: Entendimiento y cercana con el mercado mexicano y latinoamericano.
Autogestin: Capacidad para manejar y alcanzar objetivos de cierre con disciplina.

Trabajo Remoto: Disfruta de ganar en grande y 100% desde casa!
Disponibilidad: Lunes a Sbado 48horas semanales, domingos OFF.
Ubicacin: Nuestra sede principal est ubicada en Ignacio Manuel Altamirano.
Contrato: Trmino tipo Freelance con salario base + comisiones.
Atractivo Salarial: Un esquema de comisiones competitivo sin techo donde t decides cunto quieres ganar en dolares. (Promedio comisional $300USD)
