Este es un rol clave que requiere sólidas habilidades de ventas, inteligencia emocional y la capacidad de retener estudiantes, guiándolos a través de sus desafíos y resaltando el verdadero valor de continuar su educación con nosotros. What You Will Do Gestionar de principio a fin las conversaciones con estudiantes que estén considerando cancelar su programa o solicitar un reembolso, utilizando habilidades de venta consultiva para comprender su situación y encontrar la solución más adecuada. Manejar objeciones y negociaciones, incluyendo conversaciones difíciles, sensibles o escaladas, manteniendo siempre un enfoque empático y orientado a soluciones. Identificar oportunidades para aportar mayor valor al estudiante y presentar alternativas de manera estratégica, según cada situación. Contactar proactivamente a estudiantes que presenten señales de riesgo de abandono y trabajar para encontrar soluciones que favorezcan su continuidad en el programa. Cumplir de forma consistente con los objetivos y KPIs individuales de retención. Utilizar el CRM para registrar de manera precisa y oportuna las interacciones, acuerdos y resultados de cada caso. Contribuir con ideas y feedback para mejorar la experiencia de retención y optimizar los procesos internos. Colaborar con otros equipos cuando sea necesario para encontrar soluciones adecuadas para los estudiantes. Participar activamente en capacitaciones y aplicar el feedback recibido para desarrollar continuamente tus habilidades de ventas, negociación y retención. Requirements Experiencia comprobada en ventas (mínimo 2 años cerrando ventas consultivas en B2C/B2B2C, preferentemente en el sector financiero o educativo). Experiencia en Retención. Nivel avanzado de español (C2). Nivel básico/intermedio de Inglés Fuertes habilidades de persuasión y negociación; alta inteligencia emocional. Capacidad para manejar objeciones de manera efectiva y convertir desafíos en oportunidades. Altamente organizado/a, proactivo/a y cómodo/a trabajando con sistemas CRM. Conocimiento general de la industria EdTech. Experiencia laboral en mesa de ayuda, call center y/o profesiones relacionadas con atención al cliente.
