Construction Project Manager (CSA or MEP)

Construction Project Manager (CSA / MEP) - Austin, TX OR Open to Relocation Our client is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to support large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facility construction projects in Austin, TX. Candidates must have experience managing complex construction scopes within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or similar high‑tech industrial environments. Semiconductor construction experience is required. Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through turnover Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and stakeholders Lead construction meetings and provide project status updates Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Track project milestones and proactively resolve schedule and execution risks Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Required Project Scopes MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) OR CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Electrical Infrastructure Process Utilities Tool Install / Equipment Install Semiconductor Facility Expansion & Construction Manufacturing & Industrial Construction Required Qualifications Construction Project Management experience supporting semiconductor facilities Experience managing large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or mission‑critical construction projects Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules Experience managing multiple contractors and stakeholders simultaneously Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and scheduling Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with semiconductor fabs, clean rooms, or advanced manufacturing facilities Experience managing MEP, CSA, Electrical, or Process Utility scopes Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Bilingual (Spanish/English) Schedule & Compensation Approximately 6 x 10‑hour shifts per week (60+ hours/week) Team provides 24/7 project support, including nights and weekends 1.5x overtime pay after 40 hours Significant overtime available throughout the project Long‑term project supporting a major semiconductor facility expansion Location 100% ONSITE Austin, TX Relocation candidates encouraged to apply If you have experience delivering semiconductor construction projects and have managed MEP or CSA scopes , we'd love to hear from you.
