Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks compassionate LPNs/RNs to provide high-quality primary care, chronic disease management, and patient education for underserved individuals and families. In this mission-driven, faith-inspired setting, you’ll deliver holistic, team-based care alongside medical, dental, behavioral health, and wellness providers. Responsibilities include rooming patients, administering meds and vaccines, triage, care coordination, documentation in the EHR, and supporting health equity through culturally sensitive, trauma-informed practice grounded in dignity and respect.
