Human Resources Coordinator

$25 per hour

Human Resources Coordinator Washington, DC Pay: $25 per hour Qualifications 3+ years of recent experience as a Human Resources Coordinator in a high-volume HR department. Documenting and updating employee information in ADP Workforce Now HRIS system. Managing new hires and terminations in ADP Workforce Now. Updating employee records. Providing recruiting support. Providing payroll and benefits support. Supporting employee orientations and onboarding of new candidates. Answering phones and responding to human resource inquiries. Documenting and updating payroll information. Technically savvy with ability to learn database management systems. Scheduling experience, including sending out calendar invites. Pre‑screening candidates. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong writing skills and comfortable writing and sending emails to large staff. Proactive and self‑motivated. Ability to manage multiple assignments and set priorities. Strong attention to detail. Customer‑service oriented. Excellent client service with high motivation. Bachelor's Degree. Duties Prepare and maintain employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using HRMS software. Document and update employee information in ADP Workforce Now. Maintain and update HR documents. Onboard new hires. Respond to HR inquiries and provide customer service support to employees. Maintain current knowledge of EEO and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the ADA. Provide time and attendance support to employees and managers. Manage new‑hire set‑up in ADP. Review ADP payroll records to ensure benefit deductions are processed effectively. Generate and create reports. Complete ACH electronic transfer forms for Finance. Process qualifying event changes for all benefits. Process new‑hire benefits enrollment and terminations. Assist in reconciling benefits invoices to resolve billing or enrollment discrepancies. Pre‑screen job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills. Perform searches for qualified job candidates. Manage recruitment email inbox. Schedule interviews and communication with candidates. Perform other duties as assigned. Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
