Executive Recruiter/Employee Relations Consultant

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Executive Recruiter/Employee Relations Consultant to join our growing team. This position will report to the Firm Administrator and Managing Member and will work collaboratively with all professional and administrative personnel throughout the firm.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all firm positions.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with prospective candidates.
• Create and maintain job descriptions and job postings.
• Lead the campus recruiting program and build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry groups.
• Attend college recruiting, networking, and industry-specific events.
• Manage relationships with third-party recruiting vendors and agencies.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for all new hires.
• Conduct employee exit interviews.
Professional Client Services
• Provide consulting services to clients as needed.
• Assist clients with their recruiting needs which may include job description development, ad placement, candidate screening and interviewing, background checks, and related services.
Employee Relations and Human Resource Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to handbook policies and procedures.
• Perform annual salary research and benchmarking for all firm positions.
• Coordinate and support the annual employee evaluation process with management.
• Support the firm’s coaching and mentoring programs.
• Assist with benefits administration, including annual renewals and open enrollment.
• Prepare, edit, and maintain employee handbook policies and internal policy communications.
• Maintain personnel records and related documentation.
• Coordinate with HR professional regarding compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Assist with payroll related matters and maintain PTO tracking and reporting.
• Manage employee PTO requests.
• Plan and coordinate team-building activities, employee events, and firm social functions.
Other
• Assist with additional administrative projects and operational duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews.
• Public accounting or professional services industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with candidates, employees, vendors, and leadership teams.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to follow through on assignments in a timely manner.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and decision-making skills.
Schedule:
Full-Time | Exempt | Weekdays | Primarily In-Office

Salary range: $82,000 to $115,000.
