Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine

Location: Richmond, VA | Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, outpatient only with on-call rotation | Compensation: $300K per year

Overview

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is expanding its outpatient team in Richmond, VA. The group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to deliver relationship-based primary care, supported by a multidisciplinary clinical team focused on prevention, wellness, and long-term patient relationships.

What you'll do

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• See 8–10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit

Required qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted VA medical license
• Minimum 5 years of primary care experience required
