Bon Secours Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Med-Peds Physician (MD/DO) to join the outstanding team at Laburnum Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia.

For more than 50 years, Laburnum Medical Center has provided exceptional, compassionate care to families throughout Eastern Henrico County. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a thriving outpatient practice with an organization that values physician wellness, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• 36 clinical hours with 4 hours of protected administrative time weekly
• Shared call rotation (approximately 3 days per month)
• Telehealth and e-visit capabilities
• EPIC electronic medical record
• Become part of a collaborative and experienced primary care practice featuring:
• 6 Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner, with two additional physicians joining the team
• Care for patients of all ages-from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Approximately 30% Pediatrics
• Approximately 70% Adult & Geriatric Medicine

Dedicated 1:1 CMA/LPN support

On-site laboratory, X-ray, and point-of-care testing

In-office procedures including joint injections and women's health services

Integrated Behavioral Health Specialist (LCSW)

Clinical Pharmacist providing diabetic education three days each week

Strong culture of teamwork, mentorship, and physician collaboration
