About the Role

The Company is seeking a President for its Services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, financial performance, and management of the company, with a strong focus on driving operational results and ensuring the highest level of customer service. This is a startup-stage leadership role that requires a hands-on, proactive individual who can personally and actively drive new business development, particularly in the commercial sectors. The President will also be tasked with promoting a culture of safety, ethical business practices, and continuous improvement, as well as overseeing all operational interests and maintaining key business relationships. Candidates for the President position must have a Bachelor’s degree with business management experience, and a proven track record in leading sales or business operations. Direct experience with SBA-certified or SBA-program businesses is preferred, as is a background in federal contracting and business development. The role demands excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and retain a high-performing team. The President will be expected to hold P&L responsibility, have the authority to make hiring and termination decisions, and be involved in contract negotiations. A strong understanding of financial processes, the ability to ensure compliance with government regulations, and the capacity to obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance are also required.
