Candidates should be comfortable in high-risk delivery situations. The role involves a self-scheduling model which will be explained during the interview. The schedule does not guarantee desired shifts but efforts will be made to accommodate preferences. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-risk neonatal care, including the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential in this position. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for working in various units as needed. Competency in the use of specialized equipment such as a Bunnell Jet Ventilator and HFOV 3100A is required. This role supports patients with diverse respiratory conditions and requires engagement in a collaborative healthcare environment.
