Right at Home is seeking an in‑office Scheduler to support our clients and caregivers in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven home care environment. This role ensures clients receive consistent, high‑quality care by coordinating schedules, supporting caregiver onboarding, and maintaining accurate client and employee files.

*Must have at least 2 years of experience in the senior care industry.

• Build and manage caregiver schedules

• Match caregivers to clients based on skills and needs

• Assist with client care plans and file management

• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding

• Monitor attendance

• Cover shifts when needed

• Participate in on‑call rotation for urgent scheduling needs

• 2+ years senior care industry experience (required)

• Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• High school diploma

• Comfortable with office technology and scheduling software

• In‑office role, 25–40 hours/week

• Hourly position with set office hours

• Occasional after‑hours support for urgent scheduling
