Right at Home is seeking an in‑office Scheduler to support our clients and caregivers in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven home care environment. This role ensures clients receive consistent, high‑quality care by coordinating schedules, supporting caregiver onboarding, and maintaining accurate client and employee files.
*Must have at least 2 years of experience in the senior care industry.
What You’ll DoBuild and manage caregiver schedules
Match caregivers to clients based on skills and needs
Assist with client care plans and file management
Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
Monitor attendance
Cover shifts when needed
Participate in on‑call rotation for urgent scheduling needs
2+ years senior care industry experience (required)
Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
High school diploma
Comfortable with office technology and scheduling software
In‑office role, 25–40 hours/week
Hourly position with set office hours
Occasional after‑hours support for urgent scheduling
