Senior Director, Enterprise Procurement Contracts

Our Fortune 500 healthcare client is seeking an experienced contracts professional to support its Enterprise Procurement organization. The Senior Director, Enterprise Procurement Contracts will provide immediate support reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and remediating a broad range of corporate agreements. The Senior Director, Enterprise Procurement Contracts will partner closely with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders to address a backlog of contract work while supporting critical business initiatives across a large enterprise environment.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled contracts professional with a Juris Doctor degree who has extensive experience managing complex commercial agreements in healthcare, financial services, or large corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate, and remediate a variety of commercial agreements
- Support contract lifecycle management activities, including amendments, renewals, and contract remediation efforts
- Partner with procurement, legal, technology, and business teams to facilitate contract execution and issue resolution
- Analyze contractual risk and provide practical recommendations to business stakeholders
- Manage a high volume of agreements while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Support enterprise initiatives requiring contract review, negotiation, and compliance with internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet project timelines and business objectives
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Healthcare industry experience
- Banking and/or financial services contracting experience
- Experience supporting large enterprise organizations
- Experience with technology, professional services, and operational agreements
- Strong background in contract remediation, amendment reviews, and contract lifecycle management
- Experience supporting corporate legal, procurement, sourcing, or contracting organizations
- Ability to manage a high volume of agreements in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional business stakeholders
