Lead Technical Program Manager, Platform Integration

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs within a large organization.
• We need demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in the workplace to support program management workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• We require strong program management experience in infrastructure or network teams.
• We need the ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalate when uncertain, and follow data-handling expectations.
• We need advanced stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
• We require a proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• We need demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break business, technical, or operational goals into manageable tasks and activities.
• Preferred: experience working in Infrastructure and/or Network groups.
• Preferred: experience managing cutting-edge technology programs.

• We develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines, to deliver technology solutions on time.
• We use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, while validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
• We identify and mitigate risks, address potential roadblocks early, and put contingency plans in place to keep projects and programs moving.
• We collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned to business goals.
• We apply advanced analytical reasoning to evaluate program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven enhancements to efficiency and effectiveness.
• We champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, supporting a culture of ongoing learning and innovation within the team.
• We promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment with delivery standards.
