Responsibilities Assist with the planning and coordination of events from concept through completion. Support event logistics, scheduling, and operational preparation. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. Help manage event materials, supplies, and inventory. Provide on-site support during events and assist with attendee engagement. Maintain accurate event documentation and reports. Assist with setup, breakdown, and post-event activities. Ensure a professional and positive experience for clients, guests, and stakeholders. Support administrative tasks related to event planning and coordination.
