Role and Schedule

Role: Triage/Clinic Nurse – Outpatient Oncology

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (8-hour days)

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years nursing experience

- Outpatient oncology experience required

- EPIC experience required

- BLS certification required

- OCN certification preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct patient triage and coordinate care.

- Perform results calls and communicate with patients.

- Provide patient and family education regarding care plans.

- Follow up on patient care and results as needed.

- Assist in telephone triage and results communication.

Compliance / Notes

- Flu vaccine is required (medical/religious exemptions allowed).

- Must bring own stethoscope.

- Candidate must complete required lab/testing within 48 hours after signing.

- RTO after booking is not allowed.
