Job Description

Job Title: Accounting Associate
Location: Moline, IL

Duration: 12 Months

Shift: 1st Shift hours

Requirements:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Administrative assistance background preferred
Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Process incoming and outgoing mail
Manage purchase orders (PO) and invoices for the Tax Department
Monitor and maintain office supply levels
Complete and submit expense reports for the Tax Department
Prepare simple annual reports for filing with the Secretary of State
Coordinate departmental records and oversee record retention activities
Perform ad hoc data entry and general administrative tasks as assigned
