Office Services Associate
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Assignment Duration: October 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Office Services Associate to support workplace operations, facilities maintenance, and hospitality services in a professional office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, providing exceptional workplace support, and ensuring office spaces remain organized, functional, and ready for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform conference room resets and meeting room preparation
• Support workplace readiness initiatives and office space organization
• Maintain common areas, break rooms, and pantries
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and hospitality support
• Move furniture and assist with office relocations and reconfigurations
• Place and track facility-related work orders
• Perform minor repairs and equipment setup as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on workplace services
• Conduct workplace inspections and report facility concerns
• Support facilities operations and physical workplace projects
• Ensure meeting spaces are prepared and stocked for daily use

Qualifications

• Previous experience in office services, facilities, hospitality, maintenance, or workplace support preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move furniture or office equipment as needed
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Professional demeanor and appearance
