Start Date: 04/28/2026

Duration: Permanent

Shift: 24-hour shifts (Level III units), 10-12 hour day shifts and 12-16 hour night shifts (Level IV unit)

Hours/Week: Full-time

Employment Type: W-2 Employee

Certifications: Must be NNP Board Certified (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)

Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP (not accepting new graduates or locums)

What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal patient care in a high-acuity Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and healthcare professionals committed to excellence
• Manage neonatal conditions, including emergencies, in a fast-paced environment
• Rotate across multiple facilities within the healthcare system, covering various shifts
• Support families and communicate effectively regarding infant healthcare needs
• Follow established neonatal protocols and contribute to quality improvement efforts

What You Need

• Required:
• Employed with valid NNP Board Certification
• Minimum 2+ years' recent NNP experience in a NICU setting
• Ability to work high-acuity shifts, available for rotating schedules
• Preferred:
• Experience in Level III and IV NICUs
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
