Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, helping residents with personal hygiene, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document resident food and fluid intake
• Making the resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:

• Current and valid CNA certification and OBRA registry
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• Physical strength and stamina
• First aid and CPR certifications

Pay Transparency Statement

Compensation for roles at Three Rivers Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Three Rivers Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Three Rivers Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience
