Physical Therapist Opportunity in Alturas, CA
The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed critical access hospital in beautiful Alturas, CA to hire skilled Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one care across outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and skilled nursing settings. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value patient-centered care, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team environment. New grads are welcome and encouraged to apply!
What You'll Do:
- Provide prescribed physical therapy treatments and evaluate effectiveness
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Support pain management and coordinate patient care plans
What We're Looking For:
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Current BCLS certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapy modalities
- Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
- A patient-first mindset and strong communication skills
What You Can Expect:
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time) - $7,500 @ hire & $7500 after 2 years
