The Role As our Sales Manager, you will lead and scale a multi‑vertical sales team across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical, driving both performance and accountability. You will: Own revenue outcomes across all sales verticals Coach and develop a team of high‑performing sales professionals Drive cross‑selling strategies to maximize every opportunity Build a predictable, scalable sales engine What You’ll Be Responsible For Leadership & Coaching Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly goals Conduct ride‑alongs, call reviews, and 1:1 development sessions Build a culture of urgency, competition, and continuous improvement Revenue & Performance Drive $2M+ per rep annual production targets Improve close rates, average ticket, and overall conversion Own forecasting accuracy and pipeline health Sales Process Excellence Ensure consistent execution of sales process, discovery, and presentation Maintain 100% follow‑up discipline and CRM accuracy Drive manager involvement in high‑value opportunities Increase multi‑trade attach rates (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) Maximize revenue per household Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead flow and capacity Operational Alignment Ensure clean handoffs from sales to install Protect margin through strong scoping and pricing discipline Collaborate cross‑functionally with service, install, and leadership teams What Success Looks Like A fully sold‑out board and predictable pipeline A motivated, accountable, high‑performing team Strong cross‑selling across all trades Consistent revenue growth with healthy margins Customers who confidently say “YES” What We’re Looking For Experience 5+ years in sales, with 2+ years in leadership Strong preference for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or home services Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets Skills Elite coaching and team development ability Strong command of sales metrics and KPIs Ability to drive both results AND culture Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, etc.) Mindset Competitive.
