Sanitation Associate

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Sanitation Associate for a company based in Cartersville, GA. GET PAID TO CLEAN while building your career with a large, nationally recognized company! This temp-to-hire opportunity is perfect for candidates who enjoy staying active, take pride in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and want to learn new skills—including training on warehouse cleaning equipment such as a Zamboni.
Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM until finish (typically around 4:00 PM). Employees work 5 days per week and receive one rotating day off.
Sanitation Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, dust, and maintain a clean warehouse environment.
- Pick up trash and remove empty boxes and recyclable materials.
- Complete laundry duties assigned.
- Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and organization.
- Train to operate a Zamboni floor-cleaning machine.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Sanitation Associate Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and stay active throughout the shift.
- Dependable with a strong attention to cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed.
- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, sanitation, or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
