Payrate: $18.29- $19.00/hr. The main function of a Clinical Support Coordinator is to provide front desk support and manage patient care across a hospital or clinic setting. They ensure a seamless process for patients and offer administrative support for medical professionals. Responsibilities include identifying and appropriately responding to customer needs and keeping customers informed of service progress. They handle telephone information requests with courtesy, accuracy, and respect. They also effectively manage schedules and resources, perform data entry and document correction, and distribute documents.

Skills include verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work independently and manage their time. They should also keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 0-2 years' experience.

Pay transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $18.29- $19.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
