Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on an impactful role supporting K-12 students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for experienced SLPs dedicated to providing high-quality, in-person therapy and eager to make a positive difference in the school community.

What We're Looking For:

• Fully licensed SLPs with an active Washington state credential.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• Background or interest in servicing diverse K-12 student caseloads.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site position—remote/virtual (VOCO) candidates will not be considered.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP development, and problem-solving for student needs.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in accordance with school district and state requirements.
• Provide education and resources to staff and caregivers to maximize student success.
