JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Revenue Specialist II position in the General Tax Administration Program's, Return Reconciliation Process, Corporate and Motor Fuel Tax Unit. The incumbent reviews and ensures the information filed on tax returns conforms to the instructions, rules, and statutes that govern the individual taxes and issues the correctly computed bill for failure of the taxpayer to do so. The incumbent also verifies the correct payments are applied to the accounts and returns.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Administrative, secretarial, clerical, or financial experience.
• Customer service experience.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

• College education from an accredited institution can substitute for the required work experience.

SPECIAL NOTES:

• This is a full-time position. The required work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• This position is eligible for telework and flexible scheduling after you complete the required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.

SALARY: The hiring salary for this position will generally not exceed $3,330.00 monthly/$39,960.00 annually.
