We're a growing home care company looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to start conversations, build relationships, and connect the right people with the support they need.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop referral sources in the community
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, social workers, and local organizations
• Generate qualified leads that become long-term clients
• Generate qualified leads that become long-term employees
• Attend networking events and community outreach activities
• Follow up consistently and professionally
• Track activities and opportunities in our CRM

• You enjoy talking to people and genuinely listening to their needs
• You're organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, sales, marketing, or business development is a plus
• You understand that trust is earned-not sold

A Typical Day Might Include:

Meeting with a hospital discharge planner in the morning, attending a job fair or networking with a senior center director at lunch, following up with referral partners in the afternoon, and ending the day knowing you've helped a family take the first step toward getting the care they need.
