Description We are seeking a Full Time Dual Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across two premier Marriott-brand properties in Austin, TX — the JW Marriott Austin and Austin Marriott Downtown . In this dual-property HR leadership role, you will drive recruitment, onboarding, associate relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance across two of Austin’s most prestigious hotel properties. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, and experience managing HR operations in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
