Competitive Pay: $18-$26/hr Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Long-Term Career Growth Opportunities Family-Owned, Employee-Focused Culture Work on Unique Custom Machinery Projects Company Luncheons, BBQs & Holiday Events Stocked Breakroom & Employee Perks What You'll Do Perform in-process and final inspections on machined and fabricated components Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM equipment to verify specifications Maintain inspection records, certifications, and quality documentation Support ISO compliance, audits, and continuous improvement efforts Assist with calibration of inspection and testing equipment Read blueprints and apply GD&T requirements What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of manufacturing quality inspection experience Proficiency using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills Preferred: CMM inspection experience Leak testing experience ISO 9001 knowledge Experience in CNC machining, fabrication, welding, or metalworking environments This is an opportunity to work in a low-volume, high-variety manufacturing environment where no two projects are exactly the same. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sanborn, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
