Assistant Culinary Director

We are looking for an Assistant Culinary Director to join our fantastic team. This person will work closely with our Culinary Director to oversee daily culinary operations of two locations in Normal.

This is a full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

Two years of previous experience in the restaurant, catering, or dietary department of healthcare facility required.

Ability to read, write, and use mathematics and units of measurement; knowledge of menus, recipes, food purchasing, preparation, and storage; ability to supervise and manage; knowledge of facility policies and procedures and job descriptions.

Knowledge of and ability to meet regulations of ADA, state, infection control, health department, and OSHA.
