An environment where you can be your authentic self.The Director of Operations at Daytona International Speedway will oversee venue operations, event execution, staffing coordination, safety compliance, and service delivery to ensure exceptional experiences for guests, clients, and team partners.Salary: $110,000 - $120,000. Bonus Eligible.Qualifications:5+ years of operations leadership experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale venuesExperience managing large teams and cross-functional departmentsKnowledge of event operations, staffing logistics, and facility managementProficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational software systemsFamiliarity with OSHA standards and venue safety proceduresKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily venue and event operationsManage operational staffing plans and labor executionCoordinate with culinary, concessions, security, and guest experience teamsEnsure compliance with safety and operational standardsMonitor operational budgets and performance metricsDevelop operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfactionSupport premium events, sporting events, concerts, and special programsAt Levy, team = family.
