What You'll Be Doing:- Performing routine maintenance tasks throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and mechanical rooms.
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff members.
- Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel by conducting regular inspections and maintaining building codes compliance.
- Working closely with the housekeeping and front desk teams to address any maintenance issues that may arise.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory of supplies.
- 2+ years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
