About the Role Dear Candidate, We welcome you to apply for a rewarding and lucrative career as an ABA therapist, by providing services to children on the spectrum ages 0-3 years of age. We are a boutique agency founded in 2017 with a core mission to assist families and children by helping infants and toddlers diagnosed with ASD reach independence by mastering life skills. Responsibilities Develop creative programs and activities for children with developmental disabilities in order to improve social and cognitive functions Encourage the child’s participation in goal-orientated activities Work closely with families to provide information and skills necessary to enhance the development of the child Work with families and other service providers to achieve a child’s IFSP or EIP goals Provide services in home, school-based and daycare centers Daily data collection Maintain regular progress reports and attend meetings related to the child Requirements NYS Certified Students with Disabilities Birth-2 Certification OR LMSW Preferred Bi-lingual a plus Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Instruction preferred (training is provided) Experience working in home-based programs, schools or daycares Additional Benefits Flexible Schedule Cases clustered geographically Complimentary ABA Training Clinical Support Toy Stipends Competitive hourly rates Semi-monthly dependable payroll Sign-on Bonus Job Types Full-time Part-time W2 and 1099 About Us Little Masters Development Center’s Early Intervention Program provides in-home, in-school and center-based programs in every borough to children and families in the NYC Early Intervention Program.
