Location: Onsite

Salary: $47,000 - $52,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Client & Operations Specialist Summary:

We are seeking a Client & Operations Specialist to join a growing CPA and accounting firm in the Clermont area.

This position is ideal for a motivated, self-directed professional with demonstrated success in a business environment and the ability to navigate workplace dynamics, communication protocols, and professional expectations confidently.

Client & Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Manage central email, phone calls and in-person contacts.
• Assist with client onboarding and account setup.
• Manage document intake and workflow tracking.
• Coordinate appointments and client communications.
• Support billing and administrative operations.
• Help ensure smooth daily office operations.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of professional office experience.
• Experience in an accounting, tax, legal, insurance, banking, medical administration or financial services office
• Direct client-facing experience
• Experience managing documents, schedules, deadlines, and confidential information
• Strong phone handling, email management, and follow-up skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
