Receptionist Compensation

• $20.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• 401(k)with company match is available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates

• Contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• On-site position in Columbus, NE
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Provide  front desk coverage and greet/assist visitors in a professional, service-oriented manner
• Manage incoming calls and route messages appropriately
• Perform  administrative support tasks in a busy office environment
• Use common office technologies and tools (ex:  Microsoft Office and office equipment)
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (verbal and written)
• Maintain  accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability while prioritizing multiple requests

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a busy office environment (with demonstrated prioritization)
• Strong professionalism, courtesy, and customer service mindset
• Ability to work well with others and  work with little or no direction (initiative/follow-through)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)preferred
