Service Supervisor

Description Our Anchorage Branch is looking for an EPG Service Supervisor. The ideal candidate will work well with people, adapt quickly to change, and thrive in stressful situations. This role is focused on driving growth for the service department through superior performance and complete customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Review workload and identify potential problems, working with customers on quotes to resolve billing conflicts. Ensure repairs and preparations are completed on time and within budget. Manage technicians to promote safe and efficient repair/prep processes and coordinate training to develop technical staff. Qualifications & Experience Needed Valid driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3‑5 years in an EPG, Marine, or Power Generation service department. Familiarity with all forms of shop tooling needed to assist technicians. Preferably two or more years of service management or supervision experience. Knowledge of DBS system is a plus. Ability to work in a typical physical work environment and comfortable with Microsoft Office software.
