Radiation Therapy Technologist

Overview

You see your work as a balance of technical expertise and compassion. As a Radiation Therapist , you will simulate and administer therapeutic ionizing radiation to a diverse patient population, delivering care with professionalism, precision, and genuine concern for each individual you serve. In this role, you will help ensure safe, effective treatment while supporting patients through every step of their care experience. In doing so, you will help fulfill Legacy's mission of making life better for others.

This position will float for Salmon Creek Radiation Oncology, Mount Hood Radiation Oncology, and Good Samaritan Radiation Oncology based on operational needs, and will be based out of Salmon Creek.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, simulates and administers therapeutic ionizing irradiation to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in accordance with prescriptions and instructions from department physicians.

Qualifications

Skills/Knowledge :

• Basic familiarity with computers preferred.

Licensure

• Current applicable state licensure in Radiation Therapy Technologist (LRTT) required.
• National certification in Radiation Therapy (LRT-RT) required.

Pay Range

USD $51.13 - USD $73.12 /Hr.
