We are looking for a responsible, bilingual, self-motivated individual who wants to be the star of our patient satisfaction team. You will welcome, check in and provide that extra customer experience in one of our 15 busy clinics.Other duties will include:Greet, check in and check out patients. Capturing insurance and other key information, scanning documents as needed and collecting co-pays.You will stay in frequent communication via chat, phone and email with our clinical staff and insurance/billing staffEssential technical skills that will make you successful in this role include:Bilingual requiredSkill with multitasking in a fast-paced environmentQuick and accurate keyboarding and data entry skills. Simultaneously use multiple computer systems/screens to communicate and input informationSkill/ability with efficient computer use including browsers, multiple windows/tabs, scanners, etc.Warm demeanor and personality while engaging with patients and staff.
