Senior Customer Service Representative

Kforce is partnering with a well-established, global manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Customer Service Representative to join their team in Elk Grove, IL. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders, inquiries, and issue resolution
• Coordinate closely with internal teams including sales, operations, and logistics
• Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement efforts in customer experience and processes
• 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Order to Cash process
• Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
